Chief of Staff

Role Overview

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Pune / Delhi

This role will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the C-Suite/BOD helping to execute the company’s vision by enhancing cross-functional communication, and ensuring the alignment of strategic goals. 

The COS will lead special projects, manage key initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation and agility within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Collaborate with the Executive team to define and drive the company’s strategic objectives and transformation roadmap.
  • Facilitate the development and execution of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on business decisions, grounded in analysis and industry trends.
  1. Project Management
  • Lead high-impact projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs for key projects and ensure their alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional project teams and drive accountability across all phases of project execution.
  1. Executive Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of priorities and expectations.
  • Manage executive communication and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment and transparency across leadership levels.
  1. Data-Driven Approach 
  • Leverage data analytics and performance insights to provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Ensure that data is utilized effectively across teams to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  1. Transformation Champion
  • Act as a change agent, supporting the company’s transformation initiatives, such as digital transformation, automation, and customer experience improvements.
  • Identify industry trends and technological advancements that could enhance the company’s logistics operations and competitive edge.
  • Build a roadmap for continuous innovation and promote an agile approach to change management.
